Geneva Pharmaceuticals Expands Lease by 16,000 SF

PRINCETON, NJ-The company will now occupy a total of 56,000 sf at Boston Properties' 506 Carnegie Center after a transaction arranged by Newmark of NJ.

Geneva Pharmaceuticals was represented in the transaction by James Scanlon, principal, and Paul Hindes, managing director of Newmark Real Estate of New Jersey, Woodbridge. Boston Properties was represented in-house by John Brandbergh. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Geneva Pharmaceuticals' headquarters building, which totals just over 146,000 sf of space, was built in 1991 and acquired by Boston Properties three years ago.
