The new tenant was represented by John J. Garibaldi of the Garibaldi Group of Chatham, NJ. Garibaldi also put together a separate lease for the law firm in the building several years ago.
Prudential Insurance once occupied most of the building, but as part of its recent wave of cutbacks and consolidations has subleased a good portion of its space. Pru was repped in the transaction by Bryn Cinque of GVA Williams of NJ, Parsippany.
Tompkins, McGuire, Wachenfeld & Barry is a Newark-based law firm of 35 attorneys. The firm's primary focus is on corporate, real estate and insurance law services.
