Enable Capital Group LLC, owned and managed by Paul and Lynn Leary of Massachusetts, got the 10-year note at a 6.3% fixed interest rate from GE Capital Real Estate, headquartered in Horsham, PA. Drew Kiesling, director in Dallas with Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP, arranged the financing.
Colleyville Plaza, built in 1980 and expanded about eight years ago, is positioned on three acres at 5050 Colleyville Blvd. at the thoroughfare's junction with Glade Road. The center's roster includes JH Interiors, Commonwealth Land Title and First Guaranty Mortgage.
"Strong demographics coupled with close proximity to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport position Colleyville for long-term growth and will provide a good investment opportunity for the new owners," Kiesling said in a press release.
