In what could be the start of a major turnover of some of the Garden State's best-known brokerage names, Frank Lopriore has bolted from CB Richard Ellis, where he had the title of first vice president, to Trammell Crow Cos.' New Jersey offices here, where he will hold the title of senior vice president.
"We're very pleased to welcome him to our real estate group," says principal and director of brokerage services James Postell. "He is extremely well-regarded, and we are proud to offer his expertise to our clients."
Lopriore's focus will primarily be on the North and Central New Jersey markets. In his 20-year career, he has repped such companies as Tyco Int'l., Clarion Partners, Hunter Douglas, Calvin Klein, AMB Property Co., and the Bristol Group, among others.
