Richard Rizika and Brent Cunningham of CBREs South Bay office in Torrance represented Smart & Final, with the landlord, the Charles Co. of Los Angeles, representing itself.

Rizika notes that the Charles Co. developed the property with the assistance of the City of Lynwood redevelopment agency. Smart & Final, which has already occupied its space, anchors the 57,008-sf shopping center. The shopping center also features such national retailers as 99 Only Stores and Factory 2-U. CB Richard Ellis Retail Services is the exclusive real estate representative for Smart & Final Stores Corp. in Southern California. Publicly held Smart & Final Inc., based in Los Angeles, is a combination club store, grocer and restaurant supply store with more than 240 non-membership stores in seven states and northern Mexico.
