The building will be Enterprise Rent-A-Car's southeast regional corporate headquarters and administration facility. The lease is a consolidation of Enterprise offices, including offices at Pompano Business Park, the Route 441 office and fleet facility in Lauderdale Lakes. Plans call for the former locations to be closed and the property to be sold.
In addition, the new lease will contain an approximately 200-fleet car center for new cars that will be allocated to Enterprise's branch offices. About 100 employees will work in the Broward County building.
Jeffrey Scott, senior vice president of brokerage for Fort Lauderdale, FL-based Brenner Real Estate Group, represented Enterprise Leasing Co. and the property owner, NB Johnson LLC, in the transaction.
