The property is owned, leased and managed by Chicago-based Equity Office. The deal raises the building's occupancy to 93%. 100 Summer St. is also owned and managed by Equity Office. Among its other major tenants are Peterson Consulting, Pannell Kerr Forster, P.C., Mass Development Finance Agency, Saturn Asset Management, Broude & Hochburg, Brickley, Sears & Sorett, Chin & Curtis, Esdaile, Barrett & Esdaile and Fleet Wing Capital.
