The Devil's Martini has already moved into its new 10875 N. Scottsdale Rd. digs under a 10-year lease with building owner, Herberger Enterprises Inc. of Scottsdale, following a remodeling job that gave the former Carver's Steak House restaurant a devilish new look. Terms of the lease were not disclosed. Jorgensen represented both the building owner and tenant in the lease negotiations.
