Salt Lake City-based Interwest Brokerage Inc. inked a $307,433 lease to take 5,561 sf in a recently constructed, two-building project at 16445 N. 91st St. under an agreement with building owner, Pavo Industrial LLC of Scottsdale. The firm will be among the first tenants in the new business park.
The tenant will move its operations from smaller space near Sky Harbor International Airport to the new facility in mid-December, Laura Becker, with Daum Commercial Real Estate Services tells GlobeSt.com. The Scottsdale business center, located near the Loop 101 and 91st Street, is comprised of 33,000 sf in two freestanding buildings. Four other buildings make up a second phase of McDowell Mountain Business Center II.
Becker represented the tenant in the transaction. John Quatrini with Shell Commercial Investment Real Estate of Scottsdale brokered the building owner's terms.
