Aphelion Health Club Management Solutions has had its corporateheadquarters in the building at least eight years, Coy Davidsonwith the local office of Colliers International tells GlobeSt.com.He says his client surveyed the market, but there were compellingreasons to stay in the Boxer Properties-owned building: a sign onthe building and a full floor with the extra space. He says thefirm signed a long-term contract for the floor, now being builtout. The added space will be ready to occupy in the near term.


Space in the class B office building is quoted at $13.80 per sfwhereas the submarket average is $15 per sf for comparable officeproduct. The six-story, 54,475-sf office building is one of threethat locally based Boxer Properties owns along NASA Road 1.
