The space, located on two floors, will be used by SGS as its US headquarters. The company is a verification, testing and certification services firm.

Rob Fisher, director of leasing, and associate director Susan Lulla were the in-house reps for Lincoln Equities Group. Adam Foster, Remy de Varenne and Sean Morley of CB Richard Ellis represented SGS North America. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

SGS had already been leasing 7,000 sf at the facility before taking the additional 30,000 sf, according to Bergstein. With the move, the company is consolidating five area locations, and as part of the transaction, Lincoln Equities purchased one of those locations, a 19,000-sf, two-story facility in Carteret, NJ.
