Oasis Semiconductor signed a lease for approximately 30,000 sf, almost quadrupling in size and will be moving from a 7,353-sf suite on the first floor into new offices on the fourth floor of the center. John Boyle of the Trammell Crow Co. represented Oasis in the transaction.

Marketing & Planning Systems has inked a deal for 25,527 sf. The company's corporate headquarters will move from across town, with occupancy planned for early December. Neil Schneider of McCall & Almy represented Marketing & Planning.

Holcim (US) Inc. signed a lease for 17,778 sf. The space will be used as Holcim's North American headquarters, which is relocating to Boston from Dundee, MI, to be closer to a highly educated work force and have easier access to Europe and the global community. John Hennessey & Rick Robinson of GVA Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Stevens represented Holcim in this transaction.

David Campbell and Brian Hines of Trammell Crow Co. represented Boston Properties, in all three transactions. Other current tenants in the building include Microsoft, Netegrity and Principal Financial.
