Bollinger, Ruberry & Garvey renewed and expanded its lease to 61,456 sf on the 23rd and 24th floors of the 1.4-million-sf, 40-story office tower rising above one of Metra's major commuter rail terminals. Also at 500 W. Madison St., Quarles & Brady renewed and expanded its lease to 55,420 sf on the 36th and 37th floors.
While lease terms were not disclosed, published net lease rates at the building managed by MB Real Estate begin at $20 per sf.
Corey Chase of Studley represented Bollinger, Ruberry & Garvey. Quarles & Brady hired Harvey Camins of Camins Tomasz Kritt and Greg Witt of CB Richard Ellis to handle negotiations.
Meanwhile, Schiller DuCanto and Fleck signed a renewal and expansion to 23,278 sf at Transwestern Investment Co.'s 200 N. LaSalle St. J. Frank Franzese of Cushman & Wakefield represented Schiller, DuCanto and Fleck in negotiations with Transwestern's Tamara Kos and Melissa Rubenstein.
Also at 500 W. Madison St., Wood Phillips Katz & Mortimer renewed its lease for 13,313 sf on the 38th floor. Bill Rogers of CB Richard Ellis represented the law firm.
John Murphy of MB Real Estate represented the owners of the building, which recently received a TOBY Award from the Chicago chapter of the Buildings Owners and Managers Association.
