In one deal, International Office, a new tenant in the building, inked a five-year lease for 8,290 rentable sf worth about $974,000. In the second lease transaction, Pines Radiology Center renewed its lease for 7,135 sf of space for 10 years in a transaction valued at close to $1.7 million. These two leases represent roughly $23.50 per rentable sf on average.
Brian Gale and Ben Moss of Taylor & Mathis in Miami handled both transactions. No co-brokers were involved in the deals.
