In the larger of the two sales, the ownership of Iron Grip Barbell has acquired a 34,116-sf industrial building at 4012 W. Garry Ave. from RREEF for $3.3 million. Dave Desper of the Newport Beach office of CB Richard Ellis represented RREEF, with the buyer represented by Jim Snyder of the Newport Beach office of Lee & Associates.
In the other sale, the principals of PDM Urethane acquired a 6,728-sf industrial building at 3021 S. Shannon St. from RREEF for nearly $794,000.
Desper was part of a CB Richard Ellis team including Bob Smith, and Michael Kane, also of the company's Newport Beach office, that represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Snyder of Lee & Associates.
