The center is anchored by a Market Basket supermarket and a 25,000-sf A. J. Wright. An 18,000-sf Dollar Tree store is currently under construction and UPS has signed a lease for a mailing center at a pad site on the property, adjacent to Fleet Bank. Another recent addition is an Aspen Dental office.
The plaza was originally redeveloped and expanded in 1984. Among its other tenants are Brooks Pharmacy, Dunkin Donuts, McDonald's, Papa Gino's, Dots Clothing and Payless Shoes. The center is nearly fully leased with about 2,667 sf of retail space remaining available.
This past spring, Dickinson broke ground for Walkers Brook Crossing in Reading, an $80 million retail project that will include a 140,000 sf Home Depot, a 260,000 sf Jordan's Furniture store--which includes a 480-seat theater--plus 75,000 sf of other retail space and restaurants.
