The two Santa Ana transactions included a 27,500-sf sublease by Xanadu Corp., dba Unicorn Delivery, and a 9,360-sf renewal by Talimar Systems.
Xanadu is subleasing its space from Mission Hockey at 1801-B Standard Ave., according to Dave Desper of the Newport Beach office of CB Richard Ellis, who represented Mission. The sublease is for 26 months at a total consideration of more than $371,000. Xanadu was represented by Peter Sowa of Cushman & Wakefield.
Talimar Systems renewed its lease at 3105 W. Alpine in a 36-month deal valued at $200,000. Desper represented both Talimar and the landlord, the RREEF Funds.
