Foley Co. had gross revenues of $44.8 million in 2002 and has 51 employees. The firm, which was founded in 1913, says it is consistently ranked in the top 100 of all specialty contractors nationwide. The transaction, the terms of which were not disclosed, involved an exchange of cash for stock.
Otter Tail is based in Fergus Falls, MN, and Fargo, ND. It has interests in the electric utility, health services, plastics, manufacturing, construction, transportation, telecommunications and entertainment industries.
