In the larger of the two signings, Benjamin Moore & Co. took just over 15,000 sf for three years on the building's second floor. Mark Siegler and Marc Hirschinger of Colliers Houston, Teaneck, NJ, repped the tenant.

In the other transaction Volvo Financial Services signed a five-year lease for just under 6,200 sf on the building's first floor. Volvo is relocating its financial services office from another location here.

One Paragon Dr., which was built in 1978 and recently refurbished, has a list of tenants that includes General Electric Credit, Cisco and CH Robinson. Ivy Equities currently owns and manages a portfolio of some 3.6 million sf of commercial property in New Jersey, New York's Westchester County and Connecticut.
