L.A. Specialty Produce Co. more than tripled its size when it inked the deal with building owner, PDC Hadley LLC, Rick Collins with Ross Brown Partners tells GlobeSt.com. "The space functions nicely and was a good location for them," says Collins, who along with Curtis Brown, also with Ross Brown Partners, represented the building owner in the transaction. Steve Sayre and Pat Harlan, both with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc., were the tenant's representatives.

L.A. Specialty Produce, which supplies high-end restaurants, chefs and grocers, will move from 1630 E. Jackson St. into the single-story Transit Center building Jan. 15 Built in 2001, the 145,228-sf building at 1250 E. Hadley was developed by MainSpring Capital Group, the managing member of PDC Hadley.
