The properties recently underwent a major upgrade, according to Richard Previdi, regional director of Archon Atlantic. The project encompassed the buildings' lobby areas, elevators and exterior and interior landscaping.

For Newmark Associates, the marketing and leasing effort is being headed by vice presidents Debbie Myers, Suzanne Kiall and Pat Cunningham. In one recent transaction, Eclipse Marketing Services Inc. took 11,000 sf in a deal authored by Hope Brodsky of Newmark Real Estate of NJ's Rutherford office. The new tenant joins a roster dominated by law firms and other professional companies.

"We look forward to bringing 35 Airport Rd. to 100% leased status by the end of the year."
