Cresa Partners founding chairman William Goade says the Indiapresence is based on the significant number of American companiesthat are outsourcing. "Knowing that India offers many opportunitiesfor our clients who are outsourcing functions such as call centers,software development and accounting, we wanted to ensure that wehad the right resources in place to provide solutions," hesays.

Goade is acting on a 2003 forecast by Forrester Research thatstates the acceleration in outsourcing will result in 3.3 millionAmerican jobs moving offshore by 2015 and that 70% of these jobswill move to India.
