The owner of the 143,000-sf industrial building, Keystone Property Trust of West Conshohocken, PA, was represented in the transaction by first vice president Thomas Mallaney and Bill Waxman, senior associate Nicholas Nitti and associate Carrie Brown of CB Richard Ellis' industrial services group. The tenant was repped by Cushman & Wakefield of NJ, East Rutherford. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
"The space leased by Import & Storage Services suits their food storage needs," according to Waxman. "We're happy to have met the requirements of Keystone Property Trust in securing this tenant for their facility."
