Heading the assignment for CBRE in New Jersey is first vice president Bradford Fenlon. The national and international part of the marketing campaign is being headed by Stephen Siegel, chairman of global brokerage for CBRE.
Princeton Corporate Campus itself is actually the next phase of the well-known Princeton Forrestal Center, developed on land once owned by Princeton University. Actual development of the Patrinely building, which is located at 1100 Campus Drive, is slated to begin in the first quarter of next year.
The Houston-based Patrinely, which has a regional office here, currently has two other properties in the Princeton market. The first, 100 College Road West contains 154,150 sf on three floors and has Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals as its major tenant. The second is the 71,000-sf 150 College Road West, anchored by American Reinsurance.
