Property Sold in Wixom

WIXOM, MI-A 64,260-sf industrial property has changed hands in Wixom. David Giltner of Grubb & Ellis represented both sides of the table.

The Wixom property, sold by Horizon Development Company, a subsidiary of Schonsheck of Wixom, was chosen for its proximity to Nailco's existing facility.

Occupancy is expected in November 2003.

Grubb & Ellis team member David Giltner, VP, Industrial Group, represented both the buyer and the seller in this transaction.
