In the largest among the recent announcements, Friedman said it completed the sale of a 40,656 sf out lot located at the NE corner of Baldwin and Maybee Road in Orion Township. Bank One purchased this land parcel for $800,000 as part of a new 78,000-sf retail strip center development called Orion Village Crossing. This new development is currently owned and under construction by Tony Ferlito Construction Company.
Friedman's Barry Landau represented the seller, Ferlito, in the transaction.
Friedman also:
* Negotiated the lease of 3,000 sf to PRP Wine, Inc. This retail space is located at 27611-27651 John R Road in Madison Heights. Friedman's Harry Cohn and Donny Tocco represented the landlord, Farnum Plaza, LLC, in this transaction.
* Completed a lease transaction for 3,755 sf with Andrews Hooper & Pavlik, PLC at 3201 University Drive in Auburn Hills.
Friedman's Eric Banks and Roxanne Larson represented the landlord, AMG, LLC in leasing this office space. The newly constructed Class "A" office building is now 95% occupied.
