Innkeepers USA Trust Declares Dividend

PALM BEACH, FL-The publicly traded hotel REIT, based here, declared a 3-cent per share regular common share dividend for the fourth quarter. The company declared a regular dividend of 53.9 cents per Series A cumulative convertible preferred share.

Innkeepers USA Trust, an owner of upscale, extended-stay hotel properties across the US, owns 67 hotels with a combined 8,311 suites or rooms in 22 states. The company focuses on acquiring and/or developing Residence Inns by Marriott and other extended-stay hotels, as well as the rebranding and repositioning of other hotel properties. Jeffrey H. Fisher is CEO, president and chairman of Innkeepers USA Trust. Innkeepers USA Trust's primary lessee is Innkeepers Hospitality.
