Prior to joining Staubach Retail Services, Otterstetter was a vice president with Dunton Commercial. Dunton, which was purchased by recently retired tennis star Michael Chang and his family, was the top producer at Dunton in 1998, 2000, 2001 and 2002.
He has worked in commercial real estate since graduating from the University of Colorado in 1988. Ottestetter has been a tenant representative on both the national and local levels and has leased and sold retail properties, including grocery-anchored centers and freestanding buildings.
Staubach Retail Services' clients have included AutoNation, Barnes & Noble, CVS Pharmacy, Chevron products Co., FOX Sports Grill, Pie 1 Imports and Target.
