Kevin Shannon of Grubb & Ellis says Bethesda Christian bought its new facility, which is at 19701 Hamilton Ave. in the Harbor Technology Center, from LaSalle Investment Management of Atlanta for $11.9 million. Shannon, Scott Schumacher and Michael Moore, all from the Torrance office of Grubb & Ellis, represented the seller, with Kevin Lim of Bee Investments representing the buyer. The property, which was built in 1984, is a two-story, concrete tilt-up building.
Antioch University, an independent, adult education undergraduate and graduate school, signed for its space in a $10 million lease at 400 Corporate Pointe in Culver City. Linda Eng and Howard Feuerstein of Travers Realty represented the tenant, with Arden represented in-house by Patti Gilbert.
