He says it took six months to survey all options in the town center. "The optimal opportunity became obvious," he says of the final decision to sign a long-term lease in the class A office building at 1001 Woodloch Forest Dr. The 142,560-sf Waterway Plaza II carries a quoted rate of $26 per sf. Steve Hesse of CBRE/Trione & Gordon in Houston represented the building owner, Anadarko Realty Co.
