Michael Lawrence of the Newport Beach office of Marcus & Millichap says Jamison Properties Inc. of Los Angeles bought the 158,254-sf La Brea Plaza in Inglewood from a Los Angeles-based private investor, while MGS Co. LLC acquired the 47,380-sf Pacifica Plaza office project in Cerritos from Atrium Properties LLC. Lawrence and David Black of the Long Beach office of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer and the seller in the Inglewood deal. In the Cerritos transaction, Lawrence represented the seller, with the buyer represented by Jamie Harrison of the Ontario office of Marcus & Millichap.

La Brea Plaza consists of two seven-story office towers, constructed in 1978 and 1981. The office buildings are contiguous to the Inglewood Civic Center Complex and are located at 101-111 N. La Brea Ave.

Pacifica Plaza, which the seller had owned since 1998, is located at 13005-130079 Artesia Blvd. and is leased to approximately 41 tenants.
