The company plans to take occupancy early next year. David Anastos of Bay Shore Partners Inc. represented RSM McGladrey, which is moving from 30 S. Wacker Dr.
Julien J. Studley Inc. made a move of its own, taking 18,700 sf at the 37-story building. The tenant representation firm is moving from 1 E. Wacker Dr. early next year. Rick Schuham handled negotiations for his company.
National Surgical Care Inc. is moving from 401 N. Michigan Ave. to 8,600 sf at 191 N. Wacker Dr. Tony Karmin of CB Richard Ellis, Inc. represented the owner and developer of free-standing ambulatory surgery centers.
Although terms were not disclosed, published net lease rates at the building owned by Houston-based Hines Interests LP and California Public Employees' Retirement Systems start at $22 per sf.
Greg Van Schaack and Avi Tesciuba handled negotiations for Hines.
