In the largest of the renewals, Embryon Inc. is back on board for a total of 44,300 sf. The other re-signings include Harding Loevner, which will continue to occupy a total of 9,500 sf, and Titan Pharmaceuticals, which will remain in its existing 5,200 sf.

The latest deals follow two renewals at the property earlier this year. The tenants in those cases are New England Financial (11,500 sf) and Kayo (1,700 sf). J.G. Petrucci also signed new leases earlier this year with BSI and with the State of New Jersey.

Petrucci currently owns and manages a portfolio of more than 2.5 million sf of office and industrial properties. The firm has also done more than five million sf of development and design/build projects for such clients as FedEx, Allied Worldwide, Cryovac/Sealed Air and Midas Muffler.
