The latest round of renewals is led by General Binding Corp., a distributor of binding machines and supplies, which re-upped for 40,000 sf at 321 Benigno Blvd. Also, Accounts Receivable Management, a collections agency, and Haddonstone, a distributor of ornamental stone, both renewed their leases for 10,000 sf.
Spectrum Show Services, a show-exhibit display company, and Happy Impressions, a creator and distributor of advertising products, both signed 5,000-sf renewals. Other renewals have been agreed to by fruit distributor Andes River Marketing Co., Northstar Appraisal Co., wool broker Ott & Zimmerman and Select Mortgage Co.
Korman's Interstate Business Park totals more than 2.5 million sf in 37 buildings on 250 acres.
