The duo is getting close, completing three transactions last week--two sales and a lease--totaling 147,200 sf. McFadden-Bradford has closed 45 deals this year having a total combined value of $29.4 million. McFadden and Bradford are senior directors in Advantis/GVA's Orlando office.

In the first of the three transactions, Leknarf LLC, doing business as Vitaquest, paid Cardinal Health 200 Inc. of Dublin, OH $2.6 million, or $27.38 per sf, for a vacant 98,000-sf warehouse building at 2600 Titan Row in the city's southwest industrial submarket. McFadden says Southland Logistics, a third-party logistics company, will move into the 11-year-old building and expand its operations from 22,000 sf. Vitaquest will become a larger customer for Southland. McFadden-Bradford represented Leknarf.

At the Technology Park development in suburban Lake Mary, FL, Hickman Revocable Trust sold its vacant 18,000-sf, 11-year-old warehouse building at 155 Technology Park Dr. to Corporate Express Delivery Systems Inc. for $950,000, or $52.78 per sf. McFadden-Bradford also won the leasing contract for the building which has an asking average base rent of $9.25 triple net.
