The Village Lofts is a two-story complex at 7028 Greenleaf Ave. that was built in 1989 and consists of seven retail spaces, two apartments, four offices, underground parking and an elevator. Michael Mottahedan of Sperry Van Ness represented the buyer and the seller, also a private investor. Mottahedan says the buyer was attracted to the property because of its construction, uniqueness and premier location in the heart of a main shopping area of uptown Whittier.

In the medical plaza deal, a private investor acquired the property, which is at 13202 Hadley St., from the Hauser Family Trust. The seller was represented by a team of Charles Dunn brokers including Gene Page, Greg Gill, Jeff Coburn and Daniel Montoya, all located in the firm's Seal Beach office. Gail Robinson, regional manager of property management services for Charles Dunn, managed the property for the seller and referred the sale to the firm's team of brokers. The buyer was represented by Binswanger Realty.
