In an unrelated deal in northwest suburban Elk Grove Village, a 15,000-sf, 30-year-old building at 2020 Lunt Ave. has been sold for $780,000 to mail-order pharmacy Drug Source Inc. A key consideration in the deal was the one-acre of paved property that came with the building, formerly owned by Balepo Associates.
