Synovate is a market research firm owned by London-based Aegis Group. Although terms of the long-term lease were not disclosed, published net lease rates at 222 S. Riverside Plaza range from $13.50 per sf to $19 per sf. Published net lease rates for 1 E. Wacker Dr. and 203 N. LaSalle St. are in the $15 per sf range.

The Staubach Co. principals David Matthews and John Musgjerd represented Synovate in negotiations with Bill Rolander, and Kim Kozlowski with The John Buck Co.

Julien J. Studley Inc. senior managing director David J. Gelfand, along with John D. Ziesmer and Stephan Richford, represented Masuda, Funai, Eifert & Mitchell, Ltd. M&J Wilkow was represented by Jack O'Brien.

Further north in Lincoln Park, Baird & Warner Residential Sales Inc. signed a 2,300-sf lease at 2768 N. Lincoln Ave. Mable Gin of Northern Realty Group represented Baird & Warner in negotiations with Norman Ross of Arthur J. Rogers & Co.
