For Trammell Crow, the new assignment means it is now providing real estate services for 2.2 million sf of Vulcan property in the Puget Sound region, which represents a little more than 10% of Trammell Crow's total property management portfolio in the metro area. Descriptions of the properties and the terms of the contract were not disclosed. GVA Kidder Mathews previously held the assignment.
