Formerly a division of ConAgra Foods, Swift is moving its R&D operation to its Greeley campus from Omaha in order to consolidate operations and better serve its customer base. The new facility, an expansion of Swift's existing headquarters building, will support new product development, testing and customer interface.

McWhinney and Neenan provided similar services for Swift's 102,000-sf headquarters, which was completed in 2001 and was named 2001 Office Project of the Year by the Burns School of Real Estate at the University of Denver.

Pat Huebner, VP of Research & Development for Swift, says that "McWhinney and Neenan understand our business and our facility requirements, and we look forward to another great project with them."
