LP, tells GlobeSt.com. Century plans to occupy the upper two stories and put the ground-level floor up for lease.
An independent broker, Danny L. Allen, negotiated for Century Exploration, which holds onshore and offshore operating interests in Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, the Gulf Coast and the North Sea. Greg Jordan, Woodlands' consultant, represented the operating company, which has been selling land for $8.72 per sf.
