Kenneth Nordstrom of CBRE's Stamford office represented HealthSTAR in the lease deals. Michael Siegel and Steven Greenbush of CBRE represented Westport View Corporate Center, the owner of the two-building, 80,000-sf office complex.

HealthSTAR Communications is a large healthcare marketing services network headquartered in Woodbridge, NJ.

"We did a full analysis of the alternatives in the market and concluded that expansion at the current location best satisfied the space requirements necessitated by the growth in the operations and employee base of both Leverte Associates and Health Management Solutions," Nordstrom says. Prior to deciding to keep its operations at the Westport property, the company did look at other properties in the Westport/Wilton area.

The two companies have for the past five years both maintained offices on the first floor at the 8 Wright St. property, also known as Westport View Corporate Center. Nordstrom says that Leverte Associates will take on some additional space on the first floor, while Health Management Solutions will take approximately 8,500 sf on the second floor. HMS is expected to take occupancy of its new space by February 2004, he says.

The expansion deals bring the Westport View Corporate Center to near full occupancy.
