The trade association is taking 19,475 sf in the 202,000-sf building Great Lakes REIT acquired for $32 million in 2001. The company is moving from 2215 Sanders Rd., where published gross lease rates are $22 per sf. Asking net lease rates at 3000 Lakeside Dr. start at $15.50 per sf.

In unrelated deals in the Rogers Centre for Commerce at 1601 Barclay Blvd. in Buffalo Grove, more than 22,000 sf has been leased. Chicago Nextel signed the largest deal at 6,900 sf, while Federal Building Services signed a 5,908-sf lease. Engineering Consulting Services Ltd. signed a 5,100-sf renewal. Sutech Industry Inc.'s 3,000-sf deal is a new lease. Foodservice Solutions Inc. renewed a 2,700-sf lease.
