Rail District Restaurant Plans $6M Expansion

BIRMINGHAM, MI-A major expansion is under way at a popular local restaurant. When complete, the new facility will be able to accommodate 300 banqueters.

The restaurant and new hall are on Eton Street, just south of Maple Road, in an area known as the Rail District. At one time, the area was a hub of interurban train activity.

DJ Maltese Construction will serve as the contractor for the project, which was designed by the architectural firm of Roger Sherman Partners of Dearborn.
