Dental Health Group leased 2,380 sf at the Eastgate Shopping Center, on Gratiot Avenue, about a half-mile south of I-696. LA Insurance also leased 1,668 sf at the neighborhood center. The center--among the oldest in southeast Michigan--is anchored by a Kroger supermarket of approximately 75,000 sf and an AJ Wright store of about 25,000 sf.
Elsewhere, Armada leased 3,300 sf in Sterling Plaza, 3321 Van Dyke in Sterling Heights, to Dollar Star.
