John Nolan, a two-year employee in Marcus & Millichap's Houston office, will focus on transactions in Texas' four metros. He is one of 17 regional loan officers in the Marcus & Millichap network, which this year added the positions in Denver, Detroit and Columbus, OH.
Nolan tells GlobeSt.com that he is charged with establishing relationships with local banks to complement the company's existing ties to the nation's leading lenders and conduits. He also is working a closing pipeline fueled by three pending transactions in Houston and one in San Antonio. Nolan's previous experience includes co-founding Earthsports.com Inc. and a seven-year stint as a financial analyst and financial manager for Dallas-based Electronic Data Systems' Houston office.
