Nationwide Life Insurance Co. provided the funding on behalf of the owner of the complex, the locally based Stro Co. Inc. James Gunning, director of L.J. Melody's Paramus, NJ regional office, secured the funding for the transaction along with Wachovia/Maher Partners.
L.J. Melody, a CB Richard Ellis company, has its headquarters office in Houston.
