Bo Mills with Trammell Crow Co.'s Phoenix office tells GlobeSt.com that Desert Sun Moving Services Inc. inked a 39-month lease for 401 N. 37th Dr. because of its location near the Valley's freeway system, giving the company easy access to customers throughout the region. The building's loading area, layout and a lease rate of $89,430 over the term, also helped seal the deal, he says.
The rental represents an expansion for the moving firm, which has its main office in Tucson, and puts the six-building commerce park at 88% capacity. Mills along with Mark Detmer, also with Trammell Crow, negotiated the transaction on behalf of ProLogis. Michael Goldwater with Ross Brown Partners in Phoenix handled talks for the tenant.
