According to Jon Kushner, a senior partner at Fameco, the lease is the 10th transacted on behalf of Famous Footwear in the Delaware Valley region, where his company is the chain's exclusive tenant rep. Famous Footwear is a division of Brown Shoe Co., a $1.6-billion retailer and wholesaler based in St. Louis.
Fameco, which specializes in tenant rep, investment sales and property management in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, recently opened a regional office in Princeton, NJ. The company currently has the exclusive for 64 retail properties totaling 13.5 million sf, manages another two million sf of space and also represents more than 40 retailers.
