Now, the buyer is poised to come to market to find a replacement tenant for 5,000 sf vacated in the second quarter by the Atlanta Bread Co. Longtime tenant Sprint is firmly rooted in 3,520 sf, holding options for the future at 17604 Dallas Parkway, Mike Cagle of the John Bowles Co. in Dallas tells GlobeSt.com. He had the asset on the market four months in a "lease or sell" campaign that produced numerous offers for the tollway-fronting property assessed at slightly more than $1.8 million. Cagle, citing the confidentiality agreement, says all he can really say is confirm that the all-cash deal closed Thursday.

Seller III Forks Real Estate LP, a subsidiary of Dallas-based Consolidated Restaurants Inc., carved about 1.2 acres from tollway acreage, now home to III Fork's restaurant and banquet hall, to execute the sale of its first location. The buyer of the five-year-old building used in-house representation to negotiate the transaction.
